  4. Bullet  Married for nearly 5 decades; 2 children married & living in the Mat-Su Valley with their families.

  5. Bullet  Petesy taught physical education & coached in Anchorage for 23 years.

  6. Bullet  Dean honorably discharged from Alaska Air National Guard in 1966 after 6 years of service.

  7. Bullet  Dean was controller for 3 different Anchorage businesses before founding Sailing, Inc. in 1975.

  8. Bullet  Owned & operated sailboat dealership in Anchorage & Seward for 20 years including boat yard, sales, teaching, sailing club, boat deliveries, etc.

  9. Bullet  Extensive traveling, including sailboat cruising & full time RVing. 

  10. Bullet  Currently live in Chickaloon; are active in Chickaloon community affairs.

  11. Bullet  Working together as a real estate team since 1999.

  12. Bullet  Consistent Top Producers since 2002.
