You pay us nothing for our services until your purchase is complete, and then our fee is almost always paid by the seller.

We will give you access to automated computer searches and email notifications of new or changed listings.

Your transaction won’t get handed off to a coordinator after your offer is accepted.  You keep dealing with Mark, Petesy, or Dean.

We take the time to understand what you need and want and will do our very best to deliver for you.

We will guide you through the mortgage application and selection process.

If we don’t know the answer to your tough questions, we’ll tell you.  Then we’ll get you the answer.
